Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in Financial Institutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a sophisticated client portfolio including funds, asset managers, and insurance companies.

You will be responsible for supporting the coverage bankers drive strategic engagement and pro-active, advice-led business origination with our key institutional clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and deepening relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Industry Strategy: Develop and implement industry strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Centric Activities: Provide tailored financial and transactional solutions for customers, coordinate communication to customers, and operate the internal CRM system.
  • Origination Support: Prepare and coordinate refinance/new product pricing approvals, prepare and coordinate internal and external account planning, and oversee internal and external hygiene matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics, and possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and project management skills. Credit experience is desirable but not essential.
