Work as a clinical leader to drive exceptional care outcomes for residents in our aged care community.
- This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical leadership skills and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.
- Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to deliver quality resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Residential Manager to ensure effective management of the care service and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
