Job Opportunity:

The role of a Specialised Carer requires delivering tailored care, including personal support within a residential setting. This position demands providing:

  • Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting etc
  • Support residents with levels of dementia
  • Recognise, report and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents within your skills and competencies

For success, the candidate must have a genuine passion for serving elderly people, be flexible, and able to commit to a range of shifts, including nights & weekends. They should value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative.

New staff will undergo an onsite orientation with a Workplace Trainer, experience buddy shifts, and be supported by experienced Registered Nurses and Managers on site.

This is a Permanent Part time and Casual position available at HammondCare Horsley.
