Job Summary:The Senior Aged Care Clinical Excellence Specialist is responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in clinical care and customer service. This role requires leadership skills to develop and coordinate care models aligned with modern clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education and training plans to enhance the clinical capabilities of the clinical team.
- Lead and mentor clinical leads through a community of practice, providing ongoing support, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to cultivate a culture of high performance in customer care.
- Professional qualifications as a Registered Nurse and current registration with AHPRA.
- Significant experience as a registered nurse with a high level of relevant clinical knowledge.
- Demonstrated clinical experience and competence, including experience in evidence-based complex care.
