Operational Support

- Incident management, patient complaints, and unacceptable patient behaviors
Patient Experience
- Improving administration function performance to enhance patient access
- Effective management of waitlists, recall, and appointment books
- Quality and service improvements through continuous initiatives
- Coordinating patients as required by clinical stakeholders
Operational and Financial Performance
- Managing team budgets, salaries, and consumables
- Financial reconciliation, refunds, and coding adjustments
- Evaluating audit reports and department KPIs
Stakeholder Management
- Liaising with clinicians and other stakeholders to support improved patient experience
