About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of signalling and communications projects across NSW/ACT, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in rail infrastructure management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential customers to drive business growth and success.
  • Ensure effective safety and environmental management, resource allocation, and construction planning to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Supervise and manage a team of professionals to achieve project targets and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications and training, such as a degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in rail infrastructure management, with a focus on signalling and communications.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in safety and environmental management, resource allocation, and construction planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
