Signalling & Communications Director

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of signalling and communications projects across NSW/ACT, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in rail infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential customers to drive business growth and success.
- Ensure effective safety and environmental management, resource allocation, and construction planning to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Supervise and manage a team of professionals to achieve project targets and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely project delivery.
- Relevant trade qualifications and training, such as a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in rail infrastructure management, with a focus on signalling and communications.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in safety and environmental management, resource allocation, and construction planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
