**Become a Key Player in Our Dynamic Retail Environment**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team. As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be responsible for managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

You will also be expected to facilitate open communication with your team, provide effective feedback, and consistently communicate with the Management team. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
  • Possession of excellent client service skills and experiential retail knowledge.
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
