Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a diligent administrator with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our master data, reporting, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the integrity and quality of master data within aviation ERP and maintenance systems.
- Design and manage dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Inventory, and Maintenance teams to guarantee accurate data and stock control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data/system issues for internal users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support documentation, process updates, and change management initiatives.
- Assist with audit preparation, compliance tasks, and records management.
- Proven administration experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data handling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate confidently with diverse teams.
- Contribute to a team supporting critical aviation services like firefighting, rescue, and heavy lifting.
