To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant, club or hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in POS system operation.
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and skills.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Attention to detail and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Dispensing bar, spirits, and tap beer.
  • Crafting innovative cocktails that showcase your expertise.
  • Delivering outstanding and memorable customer service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Operating daily bar procedures and processes efficiently.
  • Contributing to the overall success of our restaurant by sharing duties and responsibilities with other team members.
