We have a great opportunity available for a Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Wyong, NSW.

About the Role:

As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to clients with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised support to clients in a group home setting
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration
  • Supporting clients to engage in community activities and promote social inclusion

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
  • Australian Citizenship or Residency
  • Triple vaccination against COVID-19
