Customer Service Expert

As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to clients and healthcare professionals by providing top-notch support in the delivery and setup of mobility equipment. You will load and deliver equipment to private houses, hospitals, and aged care facilities, while assisting with setting up the equipment and demonstrating its use as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters, and walking frames
  2. Assist clients with equipment setup and demonstration
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, occupational therapists, and healthcare facility staff
  4. Undertake deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals
  5. Undertake assembly of equipment and client support through adjustment and installation
  6. Efficiently schedule and manage time for administrative duties and warehouse tasks
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills
  5. Ability to perform manual handling
  6. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable
  7. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
