We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Synaco Global Recruitment team in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across the Northern Territory market.

This is a senior-level role that requires a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of business development. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Recruiting and managing a team of recruitment consultants to achieve business objectives
  • Managing and mitigating risk to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
