Job Description

As a seasonal team member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results during the holiday period. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their eyewear needs, provide personalized recommendations, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and answer questions about products
  • Provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase average transaction values
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to respond to customer inquiries
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and extended trading hours
