We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Visy, a global leader in sustainable packaging and recycling industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain highly automated box making equipment, including corrugators, gluing, folding, inking, and dye cutting machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 3-4 staff to achieve production goals.
  • Regularly lift 20-30 kilos to manage supplies and change equipment settings.

Requirements
  • Experience in a production environment operating and running machines.
  • Ideal candidates will have worked in an FMCG environment, but staff from engineering, picking, packing, and other similar production environments are also welcome.
  • A safety-first mindset and compliance with OHS&E policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to our great culture.
