- Coordinate meetings and training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Offer general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
