Qualifications Required
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Experience in an acute care environment, including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
