Pharmacist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Paradise Compounding Pharmacy on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and advising patients on the proper use of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Managing inventory and maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to patients and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Valid pharmacist license
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with pharmacy software and technology
  • Knowledge of compounding and non-sterile compounding techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Previous experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred
