Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hospitality experience, previous experience in charcoal chicken or takeaway chicken operations, and demonstrated supervisory experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards
  • Guide and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback
  • Assist in staff recruitment, including conducting interviews and managing rosters
  • Monitor food safety standards and compliance with OHS policies
  • Support inventory management and cost control measures
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including video content creation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
  • Previous experience in charcoal chicken or takeaway chicken operations (charcoal chicken preferred)
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Valid Food Safety Certification
  • Strong understanding of OHS regulations and workplace policies
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record in customer service excellence
