Help Desk Operations Specialist

Ignite is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team for a 6-month non-ongoing contract. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional helpdesk services, ensuring smooth incident resolution, and upholding information management standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver prompt and efficient helpdesk services to our clients.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
- Manage and maintain our helpdesk mailbox, providing top-notch customer support.
- Generate monthly reports using ServiceNOW to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Content Manager 9 or above system administration.
- Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiarity with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
