Ignite's Content Manager (Admin Helpdesk Support) Opportunity

Ignite is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team for a 6-month non-ongoing contract. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional helpdesk services, ensuring smooth incident resolution, and upholding information management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and efficient helpdesk services to our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
  • Manage and maintain our helpdesk mailbox, providing top-notch customer support.
  • Generate monthly reports using ServiceNOW to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Content Manager 9 or above system administration.
  • Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
