Adbri Concrete is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Truck Drivers and Plant Operators. We offer fully funded training opportunities for those eager to up-skill and embark on a new career journey.

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience or the right attitude to undergo training within our company. Your skills and dedication matter, and we encourage candidates who bring either expertise or a willingness to apply.

The opportunities include:

  • Concrete Truck Drivers (HR License preferred but not essential)
  • Concrete Batcher

Our selection process involves a brief phone call to explore the potential fit between you and our team, followed by an in-person interview to see our site and meet some of the team.

Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, gaining practical experience from seasoned professionals across multiple roles and expertise.

Screening requirements include:

  • Trainee Agitator Drivers Only – Held a full Australian Driver's Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual)
