Pathology Collector

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at Laverty Pathology, a leading healthcare organisation in Australia.

• Collect blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention to detail.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient samples and documentation.
• Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure seamless communication.

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a healthcare background.
• Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy.
• Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic.
• Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
• Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work.
