Job Opportunity

The Royal Freemasons community is seeking a skilled Food Services Assistant to join our team at Monash Garden's Residential Aged Care Facility in Mulgrave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to our residents, ensuring their individual nutritional requirements and preferences are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
  • Ensuring the correct food and beverages are served to each resident according to their dietary/specialized nutritional requirements.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service and presenting in a professional manner when interacting with residents during meal services.

Requirements

  • A valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory.
  • All Aged Care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine.
  • A Food Handling Certificate is required.
