The role of a Critical Care Nurse in our healthcare organization is to provide high-quality patient care in intensive care settings, including ICU, CCU, and HDU within Australia or New Zealand. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with patients and team members. Additionally, they must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The selected individual will embark on an adventure traveling across Australia, immersing themselves in unique local cultures, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and taking advantage of their time off to relax or explore.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Critical Care setting, ICU, CCU, HDU within Australia or New Zealand
  • Post Graduate qualification in critical care nursing (or similar)
  • ALS certification
  • Ventilation competency
  • CCRT competency
  • PALS
