Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Processing: End-to-end processing of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to creditors.
  • Creditor Maintenance: Handling creditor maintenance and enquiries, including updating records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Cheque Production and Reconciliations: Managing cheque production and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Potential Accounts Receivable Duties: Involvement in accounts receivable duties, including managing customer invoices and cash flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Public Sector Experience: A proven track record of working in a public sector environment, with experience in financial management and administration.
  • Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with experience in implementing and maintaining financial systems.

Estimated Salary: $38 per hour + super
