Job Summary

  • Seeking a skilled financial professional to provide day-to-day support to the finance controller.">
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement activities for business project management and reporting.">
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, generate payments, and perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.">
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records in accordance with Group Accounting Principles, General Financial Accounting Standards, IFRS, and local statutory law and financial regulations.">
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports according to GAAP/IFRS.">
  • Recommend actions to improve project progress and support project reviews meetings with project managers and operational teams.">
  • Ensure claims are submitted to customers to align with costs and cash flow, reconcile customer remittances, and follow up discrepancies.">
  • Enhance project controlling processes, tools, and documentation for ongoing efficiency and effectiveness improvement.">
  • Support budgeting process of the business entity.">
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments upon request.">

Key Responsibilities

  3. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement functions relating to business project management and reporting.">
  4. Process and settle purchase orders and invoices, generate payments, and perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.">
  5. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial record-keeping.">
  6. Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports on a regular basis.">
  7. Participate in project reviews and meetings to enhance project performance and outcomes.">
  8. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective project control and delivery.">
  9. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to project controlling processes.">
  10. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives as required.">
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Controller or Management.">
