**Job Description:**

The Team Leader role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced and customer-focused café environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, supporting and upholding systems and procedures, meeting performance targets, motivating and leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, handling cash and ensuring accurate till management, ensuring compliance with OH&S standards, and managing stock control.
