We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our Estate Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making important decisions to manage customer finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to manage customer finances and make substitute decisions as needed.
  • Communicate and engage with customers to understand their financial needs and existing arrangements.
  • Build rapport and consult with customers to understand their aspirations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Complete third-party payments on behalf of our customers and work closely with other divisions and external stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Respond to electronic communication and phone enquiries within a call centre environment and initiate, coordinate, and prioritize actions in response to these requests.
Requirements
  • Experience and passion for supporting people with disability, vulnerable, or older people.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers with a range of circumstances.
  • Strong collaboration skills to build and develop working relationships.
  • Understanding of NSW Trustee and Guardian's key services and customer base.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience in a relevant area.
