Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated team member to join our catering department on a casual basis. As a Restaurant Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working closely with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve problems and improve quality and service
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the catering department as per company guidelines
  • Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed expectations
  • Provide high-quality coffee and beverages to our guests
  • Contribute to achieving business goals and objectives set out by management
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
