  • We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team at Calvary Healthcare Launceston.

About the Role

This permanent full-time or part-time position (flexible weekday work hours negotiable) will involve working across various inpatient areas, including General Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic, Rehabilitation, and Palliative Care wards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and review occupational therapy interventions and programs.
  • Conducting functional, cognitive, personal care, and home assessments for patients across different inpatient areas.
  • Participating in education and training sessions for staff, patients, and families relevant to occupational therapy.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Current full driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting is desirable.
