Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Visa Applications: Focus on subclasses 482, 186, and 400, ensuring timely processing and high success rates.
  2. Expert Advice and Assistance: Provide guidance on labour agreements and Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMA) to support clients' migration needs.
  3. Assist with Complex Cases: Collaborate with colleagues to process visa subclass 190 and 491 applications as needed.
  4. Stay Up-to-Date with Immigration Laws: Remain current with the latest immigration policies and procedures to provide accurate advice to clients.
  5. Liaise with Clients and Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application processing.
  6. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records and documentation for all cases, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: As a Senior Migration Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful visa applications.
  2. Registered Migration Agent: With the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), demonstrating expertise in migration law.
  3. Proven Experience with Visa Subclasses: Successfully handling visas subclasses 482, 186, 400, 190, and 491.
  4. Strong Understanding of Labour Agreements: Knowledge of labour agreements and DAMA, with experience in assisting clients with these processes.
  5. Familiarity with Education Sector Visas: Understanding of education sector skills-related visa processes, including navigating complex eligibility criteria.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and government agencies, both verbally and in writing.
  7. Attention to Detail and Organisation: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  8. Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
