We're looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join our team, who will lead and manage engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customer strategy and future growth, cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on AI solutions that meet their needs, leveraging best practices and customer insights.
  • Conduct analyses to identify customer usage and needs, driving greater consumption and retention.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to create modernization roadmaps, architecting solutions that meet business and IT needs.
  • Run architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
