Job Description:

The Senior Educational Director will play a pivotal role in promoting best practices and excellence within the centre.

They will be responsible for spearheading change, collaborating closely with educators to implement novel ideas and initiatives.

With a strong emphasis on Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, this position requires someone with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma qualification.

As a senior educator, you will have the opportunity to work across all rooms in the centre, developing meaningful relationships with children and families.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established centre leadership team, with a long tenure team and a diverse, multicultural and welcoming team of dedicated Educators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead change and promote best practices and excellence
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children
  • Collaborate closely with educators to implement new ideas and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the quality of care and education provided
  • Provide support and guidance to educators
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
