Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, identifying and attracting top talent, and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identifying, attracting, and sourcing hard-to-find passive talent through various channels.
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and completing reference checks.
  • Coaching and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating and participating in interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of talent acquisition skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive mindset.
  • A customer-centric approach and ability to work independently.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite.
