About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at CSL - Australia. As a key member of our Executive Compensation function, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, administering, and communicating executive compensation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing executive compensation programs, including the Executive Short Term Incentive and CSL Group Short Term Incentive Plans.
  • Implementing and administering these programs, ensuring integration and alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Reviewing and evaluating all elements of executive compensation.
  • Leading various work teams to develop, contemporize, and enhance programs, procedures, policies, processes, workflows, and automation related to executive compensation.
  • Benchmarking executive-level roles, providing market data and pay recommendations to support executive offers for new hires and promotions.
