Transformation Project Manager Role

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven transformation project manager to shape the future of our supply chain by leading the delivery of next-generation distribution centres and key projects focused on automation and innovation.

This role requires extensive experience in project management with the ability to influence at all levels. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders across various departments to make bold strategies happen.

To excel in this role, you would have demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, with proven capabilities in delivering transformation projects and programs. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Significant experience in warehousing or distribution environments
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • The ability to work and lead in a change environment with competing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge
  • The ability to balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, and quality

Additionally, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with IT teams on complex projects
