Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to take on the role of Executive Officer in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our 38 member schools across 63 campuses, facilitating growth and strength in the sector.

This is a unique opportunity to champion and advocate for Christian schooling, working closely with independent schools to ensure the continued development of distinctively Christian approaches to education.

About the Role

The Executive Officer will play a key role in:

  • Championing Christian schooling through effective representation and advocacy
  • Supporting the unique needs of independent Christian schools
  • Ensuring the roll out of resources and professional development to members
Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong personal faith and clarity of Christian perspective
  • Strong leadership and executive level experience
  • Self-motivation and ability to deliver complex projects
  • Highly relational skills with excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
