Deakin University is seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join the DELIVER project, a collaborative initiative with Western Alliance and regional health services to improve in-home healthcare for older adults.
The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to conduct research in health economics and evaluation, developing research protocols, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the project's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in health economics and evaluation, including developing research protocols and ethics applications
- Assist with capacity building in health economic and evaluation across DELIVER partners
- Remain up to date with current literature and methods relevant to this research program
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Requirements:
- PhD complete or nearing completion, or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline
- A research track record in health economics and evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, and conduct high-quality health research
- Experience in partnership or collaboration with health services to successfully conduct research
- Record of peer-reviewed publications, conference papers, reports, or professional contributions
