Lead Team and Drive Innovation

This challenging role offers the opportunity to lead a team and drive innovation in a state-of-the-art Robotics Fulfillment Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Review work forecasts and partner with other Area Managers to balance labour.
  2. Support all safety programs and identify process improvement initiatives.
  3. Guide change at internet speed, lead your team with empathy, coach them on quality and productivity, and ensure standard work adherence.

You Will Be Expected To:
