Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and grow our brand presence.

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will lead the creation and delivery of engaging campaigns that spark conversation and extend our share of voice in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing high-impact PR initiatives across ANZ to drive reach and brand credibility
  • Creating and optimizing our "Always On" video and social content strategy
  • Managing and growing our spokesperson program in partnership with Corporate Communications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaign delivery
  • Measuring and reporting on content and PR ROI, using insights to improve results

Additionally, you will support product, segment, and brand campaigns with integrated PR and social executions, staying ahead of cultural trends to deliver relevant and creative content.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in Communications, Social, PR, and/or Partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong storytelling skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a proven ability to deliver bold ideas and innovative PR and social campaigns.

Results-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, you will be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage agency partnerships to deliver impactful outcomes.
