Aquatic Centre Cleaner sought for a reputable facility in Caloundra. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in community recreational spaces.

We are seeking reliable individuals who can take pride in their work, cleaning and disinfecting change rooms, toilets, urinals, showers, and common areas to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting all areas as required
  • Scrubbing tiles, pressure washing floors, and removing build-up from wet areas
  • Steam cleaning of high-use spaces as needed
  • Replenishing consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
  • Maintaining all surfaces, floors, and glass are clean, safe, and streak-free
  • Following site-specific schedules and cleaning protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience in aquatic centres or similar high-use facilities (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
