Job Opportunity in Residential Aged Care

We are seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing to work in residential aged care. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience as an AIN in aged care in Australia and hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of empathy and compassion when interacting with residents.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized care to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an AIN in aged care in Australia
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Current Police Check
  • Full working rights
