Role Summary

We are seeking a Retail and Post Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximising sales and controlling costs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team and take advantage of development opportunities through apprenticeships and in-house training.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service and promoting products.
  • Control costs by managing stock levels, processing bill payments and operating the till system.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable, hardworking and passionate individual who is comfortable working with the public.

  • Previous experience in retail and post office is preferred but not essential.
  • You will be helpful, friendly and able to work as part of a team.
