Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Capability professional to support our underwritten business in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing the strongest asset of our organization: our people.

Key responsibilities include designing learning interventions to enable our teams to be successful, partnering and consulting with stakeholders, influencing learning outcomes, and designing digital and classroom learning based on Adult Learning Principles.

Contemporary learning design principles and techniques will be leveraged to build learning solutions that are learner-centric and contribute towards our desired learning culture.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other relevant post-graduate qualification
