Job Title: Registered Nurse - Population Health Team

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic team in Karratha, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight.

In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager & Clinical Nurse Community, the Registered Nurse Community will be responsible for providing quality primary health care to children and families.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and family centred practice.
  • Demonstrate understanding of quality improvement activities.
  • Demonstrate commitment to own professional development.
