Key Responsibilities- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address goals and objectives.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including physical therapy modalities, exercises, and education to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy.
- 3+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist.
- 1+ years experience working directly with NDIS clients.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access to your own vehicle and current driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
