About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members;

  • Supervise and lead warehouse functions, including delivery, customer orders, staffing, and plant operation;

  • Evaluate and implement efficient inventory control, pallet control, and ERP system management processes;

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand;

  • Develop and maintain high levels of operational excellence in logistics;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives;

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process changes as necessary;

  • Analyze problems and develop effective solutions;

  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;

  • Communicate effectively with various levels of management and employees;


The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in large-scale warehouse operations, excellent management skills, and a deep understanding of logistics regulations.
