Service Technician

Toro Australia is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Equipment team in Banyo, QLD. Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role involves the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region, contributing to our expansive national network.
Key Responsibilities:- Cylinder sharpening and cutting unit setup.
- Adhering to OEM guidelines to build new equipment fit for customer use effectively.
- Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
- Establishing professional working relationships with customers.
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
- Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with a strong base of diagnostic skills.
- Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
