Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team as a CHARM System Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Pharmacy Oncology Information Management Solution (POIMS) electronic prescribing software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and functionality of the POIMS within our organization.
  • Develop and implement governance processes for POIMS to ensure the safe and effective management of cancer care therapies.
  • Provide advanced cancer care pharmacy services within our organization.
  • Lead quality improvement and service initiatives within the pharmacy department and cancer care service.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-level clinical services in the cancer care setting.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Pharmacist with specialized knowledge, skills, and clinical leadership in cancer care pharmacy services.
  • Experience: High-level experience in information management and POIMS to ensure the safe and effective management of cancer care therapies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong clinical knowledge.
