Salesforce Resource Manager Lead

The Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization.
This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to selection, ensuring that we acquire top talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, building a talent pipeline, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and managing resource allocation, maintaining a comprehensive resource database, and tracking resource availability and utilization.
They will ensure efficient project execution and provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, resource management principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools.
