Early Childhood Education Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our close-knit and supportive team in Albion Park, NSW.

  • This role will implement programs in accordance with policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the organization.
  • The successful candidate will deliver training programs and curriculum in accordance with National Quality Standard Framework and Early Years Learning Framework for Australia.
  • Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development.
  • Assist Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Respond to emotional needs of Champs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Champs and their parents.
  • Be responsible for children's transition to school program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote learning and development among young children.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
Requirements:
  • A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWC) and relevant First Aid Certificates.
  • Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
